We’ve spent the last few weeks focusing on improving your decision tree reporting capability in particular. In addition to some UX enhancements, we’ve also enabled Automatic Reports to have reports sent to you daily or weekly via email, as well as an “Email Me” option for reports that take a long time to load. Also, you can now open all downloaded CSV formatted reports in Excel without having to do a data import.

Here’s our latest list of what’s new:

  • “Email me” option for reports
  • Auto email nodes can now include ##ALL DATA## or ##TRANSCRIPT## in content
  • Auto emails now can include preheaders (Matt L.)

  • Data Retention Policy option – delete session info older than X days
  • Edit Node > Other now has an option to hide the back and restart buttons when a specific node is rendered (Matt L.)
  • Include a transcript of the session by adding ##TRANSCRIPT## into the content area (Cathy Mc)
  • Now tracking create date for agents starting July 15, 2019. (Previous create dates are estimated. )
  • Scroll Containing Page to Top rendering setting (Matt L.)
  • Search & Replace in ALL trees

And a lot of updates to existing features:

  • “Download PDF” button in document nodes now translated into supported languages
  • “Reset dates” button now on all reports to make it more convenient to change report dates
  • Added 524 error page for timeout errors
  • Added Hungarian and Estonian language support (Sabine)
  • Added mechanism to prevent runaway escalations (limit to 50 escalations per session)
  • Agent List CSV download includes create date, last seen date
  • Can now preselect list boxes, checkboxes and radio buttons from score variable and score value (Richard DJ)
  • Changed History CSS ID so that it can be hidden. (Use $(‘#accordion-history’).hide() 😉 (Guido H.)
  • Clarified Link node limitations on variable substitutions.
  • Credit Usage report is faster, shows just last 90 days by default (Duarte)
  • CSV exported reports now have consistent naming conventions
  • Deleting a session also deletes all events from the event log
  • Enabling Push Live is now done from Push Live tool, not Settings
  • Made Session List report, Session Details clearer on first opened vs. first clicked (Josh)
  • Main Reports page now shows/hides CSV option if not available for that report
  • Meeting scheduler page now includes a link in case iFrame doesn’t appear
  • My Agents now has a delete option in the agent list
  • My Agents now shows create date/first seen, last seen. Can sort by name, create date/first seen or last seen
  • My Trees now has separate buttons for Search/Replace, Tree Tag Integration
  • No longer shows Edit buttons for LIVE trees in single-tree search
  • Now allows for basic HTML in node title, question area
  • Password reset emails send a max of 15 confirmation emails per user. (One hacker was generating thousands.)
  • Printing reports now removes unwanted controls and other text
  • Rendering uses full-screen width for persistent buttons if no feedback/notes/referral button. Prevents some persistent button stacking on small screens (Matt L.)
  • Session Detail now shows email nodes more clearly

And various bug fixes and security patches:

  • “load images when needed” option in the Settings tool no longer affects the display of thumbnails for videos (Rachel E.)
  • ##TRANSCRIPT## and ##ALL DATA## now copy text to the clipboard better… (Brooke P.)
  • A few more XSS fixes
  • Advanced Logic node call with no variables no longer gives an error
  • Agent Portal now shows images when “Load images when needed” setting is on (Jason D.)
  • All CSV reports now make CSVs that can open properly in Excel
  • Changes all agent’s “No Login” status if SSO is enabled/disabled for agents
  • Data Totals report now only shows Export to CSV when it actually works
  • Deleting Agent Alerts no longer disables this option for some valid authors
  • Demographics report now shows error message if no sessions appear in the date range
  • Direct Link Nodes now let you use variables in the links
  • Disabling Push Live also archives the LIVE tree so it should no longer appear in Agent Portal (Sarah P.)
  • Doc nodes no longer show duplicate entries for ##ALL DATA## when present in a content node
  • Editing tree nodes in designer now updates designer properly
  • Email validator more error-tolerant
  • Hungarian and Estonian translations (Sabine)
  • In History display, Email node continuation buttons now show button text clicked upon instead of “(auto)”
  • List Variables tool now also shows score variables from data entry fields (Juan Martinez)
  • Merge variables passed in as numbers now work properly as numbers in running total for the rest of the session (Richard DJ)
  • New My Agents page now handles agent names with apostrophes properly.
  • No longer auto-populates radio buttons or select boxes on default scoring variable values (Meredyth G.)
  • No more server log errors for updating logic nodes from Firefox
  • Now can delete Authors again (Claire)
  • One across buttons now keeps the style of other buttons (Jason D.)
  • Patched potential security hole from legacy embed options
  • PDF document generation no longer adds sections for undefined variables (Carolyn R)
  • PDF rendered fonts weren’t being loaded properly (Birte)
  • Restart now preserves values of original merge variables (also for Richard)
  • Salesforce Updater App: blank sf_id parameter now logs error message properly.
  • Scoring variables in Data Entry fields can be text
  • Searching trees with ' in the title caused clicking on a search result to fail (Edo)
  • Simple overview now formats list of scoring variables better
  • Switching from questions to node titles no longer ever fails in Node Popularity report
  • Thumbnails overview now shows images when “Load images when needed” setting is on
  • Tracking link node direct links now tracks the last click
  • Updated Doc node PDF generator to support ##TRANSCRIPT##, ##ALL DATA##
  • Updated security from latest Pen Test
  • URL Variables in link nodes now substitute, link properly.
  • XSS on return_url vulnerability patched
  • XSS vulnerability in edit content node > data entry fields > label
